Nampa, Idaho – As a real estate agent located in Boise’s Treasure Valley with access to the entire Intermountain MLS, Yuri Blanco has a lot of advanced tools at her fingertips for finding Boise homes, foreclosures, short sales, and other local Idaho homes. Now she’s making many of these advanced home search tools available to her website visitors for free with her new real estate search website.

According to Blanco, the new site uses powerful real estate search engine technology along with advanced localization of search results for buyers in the Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, and Treasure Valley market.

“It has never been easier to find Idaho homes than it is now. I wanted to make as much information available as possible to first time homebuyers as well as existing home owners looking to relocate to the Boise area,” she says. “Our clients say they are really finding the site useful.”

She says that the map search is the most prominent feature, but there are many other methods available on the site to search for Idaho real estate, including Idaho foreclosures and Idaho short sales, two of the hottest types of real estate transactions these days.

“Some people prefer the visual interactivity of the map search, because you can see clearly where properties are in relation to other landmarks in Nampa, Caldwell, Boise, and the whole Treasure Valley. Others prefer the advanced home search tool, which makes available many of the search criteria that would normally only be accessible to real estate agents.”

Because of the proprietary search methods, she says, the site provides thousands of different ways for Idaho homebuyers to find the perfect home that matches their family’s lifestyle. She suggests that home buyers spend some time on the site to get familiar with it.

“The more you use the tools, the more you are likely to discover new techniques to find the kinds of properties you are looking for.”

She says the most convenient feature may be the property alert service that’s built into the site. After a user creates an account, property search results as well as individual listings can be saved for later review. Users can also sign up for automatic alerts to let them know when new properties enter the MLS matching their search criteria.

“If you’re in the market for real estate in Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, or anywhere in the Treasure Valley, we definitely recommend trying out the site,” Blanco says. “We believe this is the best way to search for – and find – Idaho homes for sale.”
